There is no way you can delete your Activity logs saved by Carrier IQ on your Samsung phone without a Factory Reset, which will erase everything including your Photos, Contacts, etc. However, you can delete some specific Activity data like your Call Logs, Browsing History, etc.

Step 1: Go to Settings > Google > Manage your Google Account.
Step 2: At the top, click on “Data & privacy.”
